I completely agree with this quote. Truman exemplifies many points that I believe are important in leadership. Leaders must be courageous, skillful, determined and persistent.
I also enjoy a certain quote from our friend Benjamin Franklin. Often times we find ourselves being too reluctant to share our leadership talents with others but this is necessary in expanding our leadership skills and discovering new talents. So I leave you with this fine quote.
